Cleaning a plastic chrome grill

Hey the stock grill on my 94 caprice could use some cleaning up. Was wondering what ya'll think would work? But.. without damaging it and making it look worse of course..

Depending how bad it is, a new grille on eBay is only like $30-35.

but try duplicolor paint prep spray.

It depends on what you want to do. If you want to keep it chrome, which DOES look good, I would use a good cleaner, and polish. Or, like they said, buy new. If you want to, you can make it body color, which I did with my 95 Caprice....It looked pretty good.....I also gave it several coats of clear after painting...
If you're referring to cleaning the grille, try simple green and a detail brush or two.
