I need the actual maximum speed of the car and not the road's speed limit.

it will not get to max unless you pull the Governor off or disable it that makes it only go so fast i had one and at first it only went to 100 or 110 after i disconnected it went way passed that sorry i cant tell the exact speed but the needle was bouncing at max
