not likely if it was a cab and probably was abused big time.
I personally would not pay more then $500

x2 not a big fan of fleet vehicles, you ahve to remember, especially w/a cab, that
1. most miles a city miles and harder to begin w/
2. its a cab so its seen abuse i dont put mine thru!
3. they usually only service vehicles every 5k, IF youre lucky...
