Howdy, guys -

My brother's likely to be checking out a 1994 Caprice LTZ - a mostly stock model. Do you all have any advice regarding these vehicles? Initially, I thought that the LTZ was made only in recent years, for the Middle-Eastern market - had no idea that GM was manufacturing them in the B-Body family. The bro's pretty eager to have a look - he digs mah wagon.

Thanks for any input ya got.

The 1994 LTZ Caprice does not exist.

The LTZ Caprice was only available in America from 1991-1993.

If the car is an LTZ, it's not a 94.

If the car is a 94, it's not an LTZ.

As far as info on the LTZ. Basically it is a 1993 Impala. Impala's combined the most luxuries options available on a Caprice, with a 9C1 drivetrain and chassis.

The LTZ package included the 9C1 (police) drivetrain and chassis. Combining that with an LS package gave you essentially a 1993 Impala (Minus the LT1 and disk brakes).
