Can I add rear HVAC vents to a 2015 gen X?

I've been on the hunt for a 2015+ gen X, and I've come across many that don't have the rear HVAC vents in the center console.

Can I add this to a car that has no rear vents? If so, would it require the entire console or is the rear-facing portion and ducting all I would need?

Any input appreciated.
