personally i'd keep an eye on fluid level and the oil for water in it. if it doesn't appear that either are changing then i'd chalk it up to the water moving through the system and creating some bubbles due to normal use? with my 2010 LS (3500) i guess i never check the fluid in the reservoir after it is warmed up since i know it won't read correctly. i only check it when it's cold.
