So my blower motor stopped working last week, the day after i washed my car and the temp dropped to -30. It didnt work at all, so i replaced the resistor pack. Now the it works but only 1 threw 4. Its better than nothing. But whats the problem now?

You haven't specified, so I'm guessing you're talking about your 1952 Studebaker. It sounds like the blower relay.

Not your ignition switch since it works on the other speeds. Does your fan only have the 5 speeds? If so the the fan relay is jammed, or the switch is bad. Find the fan relay and smack it firmly and see if it releases for the high speed. If the fan has more than 5 speeds then the blower motor resistor pack has a bad spot and needs replaced.
