2007 Chevrolet Impala L.T. previously a police car (shown by the chopped up wires from the old lights)

Hi, I am currently having an issue where all three auxiliary ports of my car, the two under the radio unit and the one in the middle console, are always hot. I currently am wanting to have an external Android Auto display and phone charger connected to the ones under the radio, and a dash camera plugged into the one in the middle console, however, I do not want to have to unplug all of this whenever I get out. I have previously just left my dash camera plugged in, and the car died overnight due to the motion sensor in the camera being very sensitive.

Does anyone have any specific steps to take to try and make it so these ports turn off when the key turns off? I have browsed around quite a bit and have found many forums for making them always hot, but never about having them shut off with the car. I am currently considering just adding in-line switches, however, I would really prefer to have the ports turn off with the car instead as I am quite forgetful.

Disclaimer: I am not electrically inclined, so detail is much appreciated.

Thank you for any and all help, I really appreciate it!

This is something an ELECTRICALLY INCLINED should tackle. Basically you would have to find a switched fuse at fuse box to attach feed wires to. Not real difficult but you need knowledge of what you are doing.
