I recently purchased a 2017 Impala Premier. The first week all was well with the apps. But now anytime I try to open the Apps icon I get a message after it thinks for a moment. I have tried to use the Hotspot on my phone, house internet, the cars own internet, but nothing seems to let it connect. I have contacted Onstar (which I pay for) but it seems to be taking a while to hear back from them. They don't seem to have any idea what it may be. They tried sending a signal to the car while it was online (not running) but said it wouldn't go thru. Has any one has a similar problem and may want to help me out! It would be greatly appreciated!
