There was a dealership GM back east selling new impala wheels they had left over for like 500 a set shipped. I will try to find my bookmark for it. Try looking on ebay for 94-96 impala and look thru the results

You can always try your local craigslist to avoid shipping charges. Although they may be hard to find in pristine condition, you never know sometimes.
