I bought this car like 1 year ago with a 5 year warranty and like 3 months after I got it the trunk wouldn't close. I brought it back to the dealer and they fixed it for free but now I am having the same problem right now and now they won't fix it for free because they found out that I was rear ended like 6 months ago. They said it won't close because of the accident. Which I know is a LIE because it has had the same problem before the accident. Does anyone else have this same problem with this kind of car???? HELP SOMEONE!!!!!!!!

If you had the problem BEFORE the accident, then it's on file with GM and they "SHOULD" warranty it, however, if it was a problem AFTER the accident, then you're probally on your own...look for your service records and call GM........
I think the GM customer service # is 1-800-458-8006.You should try to work it out with your dealer first, but you can always call GM. Good luck with it.
