thanks, but I happen have a cs-144 laying around so I'm really just wondering if anyone has done this?
I may just have to slap it on and see for myself. I know the case itself is larger, but the mounting holes are the same and there are many cars that have the option of having a cs-130 or cs-144. So in theory it should just be a bolt in, but when do mods ever turn out that way lol
Yeah, belt length and pulley fitment on the belt might be the only issues. Also, hopefully the tensioner can adequately tension it w/ the new potential load on the belt. Are the connectors the same? Not that they need to be, but it's nice to not have to cut and splice those wires.
crap nvm guys I could have sworn it had a cs130 but its actually a cs130d with a weird housing . I know I seen some with the older style alternator at the junk yard, so i will have to investigate. Maybe the just use a different bracket
