On my 02 Impala, the car starts to shake starting at around 45 mph. I went back to have the ones that already had tires on balanced, since I didn't get them done the first time. This still did not fix the problem, I did not see them balance the front ones when they put on the new tires, even though I seen them put the rims on the machine. I haven't gotten an alignment yet, but everywhere I went to said that they just need to be balanced. Thoughts or suggestions?

They just need to be balanced.

It is possible however that a tire could be out of round and un-balanceable. If that's the case it should be covered under warranty.

I would I find out if it is un-balanceable?

Awesome thanks for all the help. I'll let you know what they say. An Alignment wouldn't stop the shaking even if the tires where balanced would it?

no, an alignment will not stop the shaking. there could also be some bad suspension components there. if so, the shop doing the alignment should find them and point them out to you and tell you they cant do a proper alignment until the parts are repaired.
