Im thinking about buying my moms 95 impala. It has 100k on it and needs some paint on the bumpers, other than that it is a clean car. She is the original owner. What do you guys think would be a fair price, I was thinking 4000.

That is a good deal! Knowing that she is the original owner and the maintenance and condition of the car 5k would be better for her to get, but if she is willing to sell it for 4k then get it. Like was said above post some pics for us to see.
