lately my 95 caprice has been running really rough , i changed plugs, plug wires and optispark so the other day i go to start the car and it wouldnt start at all. so this morning i decided to start the car again and it kicked over and ran for about 10-15 seconds and when i got in the car to gas it a little it shut back off and wont start again , any ideas what it might be?

Yup, fuel pump. A gauge screwed on the fuel rail will be a accurate measure, but I would have a bud crank the car briefly as you depress the fuel petcock valve (like a tire valve on the fuel rail) and see if it squirts far, or just dribbles....thats the fast way to tell.

ok i had the car look at and the problem was there was antifreeze inside the distributer cap and the rotor was ruined so i replaced the rotor and it runs a little more close to normal . still sum hesitation if i try to give it gas this caprice is really bothering my nerves and the car runs hot now i took the thermstat out , i guess the next step is the radiator itself but having trouble finding a radiator for a 9c1 with oil cooler and trans cooler

The 9C1's didn't use a rad with an oil cooler. the oil cooler lines go past the radiator, to the external cooler. Should be easy to find a rad with just the trans oil cooler like you need.

just to let u know dont buy the aftermarket opti they dont last and they burn out . buy the stock one from chevy might be more money but its money well spent or else u will burning out those aftermarket left & right . also check that fuel pump to make sure its not going out on u . also u said ur car is overheating is it overheating that u have to pull over & steam boiling or is the temp gauge reading hot because if the temp gauge is reading hot thats perfectly normal on these cars belive it or not trust me ive had to 9c1 and both have done that after u replace the water pump . i dont know why they do that but one of the temp sensors is located right next to exhaust manifold so they tend to get hot and the summer weather dont help .
