On the Protect-O-Plate from my Grandma's 67 4dr Sedan (which
doesn't exist anymore) does anybody know what the accessory
codes 1 and 3 and 14 mean. That's the only codes it has. It was
a 283/Powerglide car built in Arlington TX and bought by my
grandmother on 11/09/1966 from Phillips Aubrey Chevrolet in
Lawton, OK (which is still in buisiness as Aubrey Chevrolet). I have
been able to decode everthing else on the Plate. Also, would the
3.36 ratio axle have only been used on a AC equipped car? Since
it was wrecked in 1980 (when I was 14) I think it had AC, but
can't really remember. And as a side note, she replaced that car
with a 21,000 mile one owner 74 Impala Sport Coupe that the
father of one of my dad's friends had (he had gotten to old to
drive) which I now own with 78,000 miles on it. And Grandma is
still around too!! Thanks for any help you'all can give.
