Guys,

My first post so bear with me.

My father in law and I are about to begin a total restoration of his 1966 Impala SS and I want to know the best place online to buy quality replacement parts. I'm talking specifically about body panels, floor pans, and interior pieces. The driveline parts I can source from Summit and Jegs, its everything else that I need a good source for.

Can you help?

There really isn't a go to source for classic car parts other than eBay. Just search every now and then and you might get lucky and find something you can use. Your best bet would be to pick up a phone book and start calling junk yards in your area (or farther, depending on how far you want to go for that specific part).

Check out impalabobs.com. I have been pretty successful buying specifics for my '64 there. I have even seen where I can buy body panels there.

I personally enjoy searching www.yearone.com

They have tons and tons of parts, both aftermarket and factory parts.

Lots of 64 parts so I am sure you could fine plenty of 66 parts.

Finding parts for a 1966 Impala should not be too hard. By comparison, a 1970 is much much harder. Try Classic Industries, H&H, Sinclairs, Year One, Impala Bob's, Paddock
