RPO Codes

I don't have or know all the codes, and don't claim to. So if someone knows please let us know. I do know this. The L34 was the RPO for the High performance in 65 for the 396. The L35 was listed as a 396. As for the type 69,? How was that written on the build sheet? Is it possible that the L is actually the beginning code for the rear end which L designated the rear end I believe but don't know for sure. Where on the build sheet is it listed? Can you put up a pic? Also cross reference your VIN with the build sheet as it will tell you certain things, but will not tell you exactly. Like my VIN list mine as a 65 SS V8 w/pg. It wont tell you that the V8 was a 409. So without a build sheet or serious history, you need to know what to look for.
