Just bought a 2016 2LTZ and noticed (after I bought It) that it does not have auto dim rear view mirror! Can I swap it out? All my vehicles are Chevy LTZ's, Suburban, Cruze RS and they all have one. Surprised that the 2016 Impala 2LTZ doesn't, yet 2017 does. Any suggestions?

On my 15 LTZ you had to get the comfort and convenience package to get the dimming mirror I don't know if the 16 is the same.

The 2LT required the Convenience package to get the auto dimming rearview mirror but yea I would have thought the 2LTZ would include that as a standard option.
I looked on Chevy's site and it shows for a 2016 2LTZ you need to add the Enhanced Convenience Package for $1,035 to get the following...

Driver memory
Trunk mat, carpeted
Premium carpeted front and rear floor mats
Mirror, inside rearview auto-dimming
Outside heated power-adjustable mirrors with driver-side auto-dimming
Ventilated driver seat
Ventilated passenger seat
Steering column, power tilt and telescopic
Universal Home Remote
Heated steering wheel

Switching over to an autodim mirror is one of the first things I did with my 8th gen LT. I very much appreciate the autodim function.
