My windshield fogs up on the inside all the time. Never had a car do that. Anyone know why?
Mine does that if it has rained or foggy out when I first start it, but put on defog/defrost and put fan on 3 and clears up in 10 seconds or less then put fan normal and good to go. My Regal does the same thing.

I live in Western NY and being Winter, there is always going to be wetness on the floor of the car. And I obviously aren't using the AC. It's when I come out from work and get in the car to go home before I even start the car.

That's because of the wet floor. When running your heat on the drive to work you need to set it on a floor setting, either by itself or with the defroster setting. The AC was mentioned above because you can run the AC while your heat is on and it won't run cold. AC doesn't "blow cold" anyways, it removes moisture from the air.

Yep, and it's automatic with the defroster, if the AC is broken, it can't dry the air and it just moves steam around.
