Why does the 2010 Impala look like a Chrysler 300? Why can't GM take a bold direction and make a car with style and qualities people want?

I install an HID conversions kit for the High beam on a 2010 Impala. When turning the high beams on the low beams also stay on. Are there any solutions? Thanks, Bob.
