Have looks like the stock inner tie rod and it round get tool for the new inner tie rod but the tool wouldn't work in the stock inner one how it get the stock 1 offf it's all apart. Any help thanks and please or text 17347963789

You want to push the green plastic piece back toward the rack. It slides off the joint where the tool connects.

Once you get the tie rod off, if the replacement came with a new green piece, be sure to replace it before you screw on the new tie rod. Also, make sure you apply plenty of lube to the new tie rod before you slide the green piece back in place. BTW, you put lube inside the thread holes before you screw it on. That helps push the lube onto the ball/socket joint.
