It's my understanding they're located on the inside of the frame rail.

if it has one its either inside the frame rail or back behind the gas tank. But I think around 04 or 05 they stopped putting fuel filters on these cars.

According to Auto Zone, it looks like it is behind the gas tank attached to the frame. It's going to be a cylinder shape, maybe 3" in diameter and about 5" long. One end will have a threaded connector and the other end will have a quick connect one. You'll have to pinch 2 plastic tabs together to release and wiggle the filter out.
