I replaced my inner and outer tie rods and shocks and everything. I need advice when I'm driving normal speed I notice when I drive on dips or a bumpy road it feels like my front end of my car is loose what can this be?

Can you move the steering wheel a few degress either way while the wheels still go straight? If so, you may need a new Intermediate shaft. It's like $300 for the part.
