Has anyone rebuilt the 91-93 305 V8 throttle body??,that is what Im about to do...

Not difficult really just take your time and photos of disassembly for reference. You will have to set the TPS to the book as this is a speed density system that depends on accuracy, an accurate DVM is a must. Big issues with these is the idle speed control and worn throttle shaft bores. Replace the injectors and pressure regulator and all will be well.

Thanks. what is the DVM? I do have the 600 page factory service manual ..
