track this vehicle? It's really sweet! Good price ($2,000.00) Coupe (two door)...Just needs some tranny work and paint and it's pimp! How do I track it down if the VIN doesn't match? Thanks!

Carfax does not work on older cars due to the VIN number being less than 17 digits long. DMV may or may not have all the info you want. These older cars are hard to trace back for information. Carfax only has knowledge on the mid 90 to newer cars.
