Hi there-
Have a 1964 Chevy Impala with a headlight issue-all 4 headlights work on high beam but when I depress the dimmer switch none of the headlights will work. All headlights have been replaced and the dimmer switch has been replaced as well. Do I need to replace the headlight switch or is there a wiring issue I need to possibly address? Anyone have any ideas?

What have you changed other than the headlights and the switch? It sounds like a wiring issue, but if you only changed the dimmer switch and everything was good before than the switch is bad. There's only 3 wires you need to make the headlights work on the high beams, 2 only for the low.

Wheel Man-Only thing that has been replaced is the headlights and the dimmer-the wiring has not been touched by me -will try replacing the headlight switch and let you know-Thanks!
