Will 02 Impala wheels fit my 08? Or even more broadly what years would fit? I purchased it with custom rims and I'd really like stock wheels on it. Any help would be appreciated.

I think so? From what I know, both the 7th Gen and 8th Gen Impalas have a 5 x 115 bolt pattern. An 8th gen comes with three different wheels, a 6.5Jx16 ET47, a 6.5Jx17 ET47 and a 7Jx18 ET52. The 7th gen comes with a 6.5Jx16 ET52.

I'm not sure the 5mm difference in offset is going to cause issues for you, but I'm pretty confident it won't, especially since the 8th gen does also come with a 52mm offset rim. According to most sites I've read, you can have a 5mm deviation and be okay. Someone with more experience / knowledge might want to chime in on this, but I'm pretty confident you'll be fine. Worst case scenario you'll just need a spacer (I think).

Edit: Found this on a wheel fitment site:

Rims for Chevrolet Impala 2008

Bolt pattern 5x115
Diameter: 16.0'' - 18.0'';
Width (inches): 6.5 - 7;
Offset (mm): 47 - 52

Thus, I think you'll be fine.

Those are some good looking wheels. What is currently on your 08?

All Chevy rims are not interchangeable. However, you can interchange 7th generation and 8th generation Impala Wheels.

The 7th Gen pretty much all mostly came with 16" rims from the factory (unless maybe SS or police models were different)- some had the aluminium alloy rims on the 3.8L. The 8th Gen 06-13 had also many models with the 16 inch rims as stock (either steel rims and wheel covers or the nicer aluminum alloy rims. Then around 08 and up many of the higher end LTZ and more optioned cars would have 18" rims on them. All the 16" rims should be the same bolt pattern (so you could just shop for the Impala rims of choice if staying with 16 inch rims and tires). Also the Monte Carlo was in the same series and rims should fit from them too.
