They said it's "too much." The only major mods I did are the rims and the chrome. Everything else is stock. Even the stereo. Does it need to be toned down a bit? I always thought it look just fine but now I'm starting to second guess myself Land vehicle Vehicle Car Alloy wheel Rim

I dig it. Love black. Looks better without the chrome B-pillars. Nice wheel choice. I dig the "Impala" logo on the windshield tint line. I'd personally loose the Bow-Tie's in the rear quarter glasses and call it a day. The Impala badges on the C pillars make enough of a statement in that area. I wouldn't call your ride "Mexican".I'd call it "American". Impala is the oldest Chevy nameplate still in production today next to the Suburban. Don't get much more American than that.

Did I make my car a 'Mexican' Impala by adding the chrome pillars?

I wouldn't say that I love plasti dip and hate chrome. I think they each have their place. The 7th gen comes with virtually no chrome on it from the factory, so adding chrome doesn't look right to me on a 7th gen. I'm also not a fan of the chrome pillar covers because it breaks up the side profile too much. With the gloss black covers, it makes it look like one large glass panel, and helps keep the lines of the car smooth and refined.

Just my thoughts on the issue

Lol one of my neighbors has a brand new Cruze in a really nice blue color. He blacked out the rims, the chevy emblems, the tail lights, and even the windows. I think he's got some carbon fiber and some decals on there too. It doesn't look bad persay, but I think mucking up a BRAND NEW car is stupid. Wait until it's older and worth a little less lol

Pics or B.S

Would like to see how a cruze looks fixed up. Havent seen any in my area. Mostly see girls and old people driving cruzes, amd if i see a guy driving its either,he looks like a girl or is too big for it. So i laugh.

If you're gunna keep the car, I don't see any reason not to mod it right away. If it makes you happier to drive what your driving, then go ahead and do it. Who cares how old or new the car is. It's not like the Cruze is worth much to begin with anyway...

I think it will look really good, just be careful not to go too dark

Any body shop will be able to make it look really good by dropping a couple drops of black paint in clear coat, and painting it on. Will give it a really nice glossy finish and will allow plenty of light through.

Naw man, tinted lights are very slick and are on ALL types of car. If you got the Altezza style lights, that would make it mexican again
