Got a super detailed interior clean mostly finished, Just got a few more things to clean when I got some more time. I'm pretty OCD about keeping 'er nice and tidy but I was a little surprised how much dust and debris had already built up! The biggest problem right now is dust build up behind the plastic pane of my instrument cluster. Gonna browse the web on that for a bit, probably only gonna turn up results telling people to remove the dash but I'll have to see. I'll be posting any related information here: https://www.impalaforums.com/recent-m...impala-ls.html for anyone who's interested.

Looks great Arielleon! that white makes it look very clean and new
@David3800 removing the dash and getting the gauge cluster out is a pretty easy task. All you'll need is a 7mm socket and ratchet, a phillips head screwdriver, and a flathead or pry tool. 15-20 mins if you're taking your time.

Right thanks! Definitely easier than I thought, can't wait to get it clean in there. It seems and if memory serves me correctly to have collected a fairly large amount of white dust. Don't know where it came from, I just want it gone

You can have the same tag number on 2 different vehicles ?

That's strange. I mean a plate is supposed to be linked to a specific vehicle - kind of hard to do if the same plate is on multiple vehicles! I'm really surprised that's allowed.

With today's computer systems that the state agency's have it is real easy to do. But as far as I am aware only amateur radio operators are allowed to have the same plate number on more than one vehicle.
