2015 LTZ Mods done

…Impala is an Iconic model an stood the test of time…. Thoughdiscontinued after 61 years think it’s still worth keeping alive..

I’m no Chip Foose but this is what I wanted to achieve on a budget. Classy upgrade but not over the top blingy…..(I’m not 19 anymore)
2015 LTZ with mainstream 20 inch rims, I went with staggered fitment… 8s in front 10s in back (aesthetic purpose) kept aspect ratio equal…(lot of math to pull that off)
Rotors are e-coated so wont rust…..and since the calipers looked like A$$ I went with custom calipercovers…(aesthetic purpose)
Grill was off internet with a company that rhymes with Bee-Bay….But I had to do some mods to the grill to get it to work….. easy yes (never opened the hood) …. tricky …very , you’re not just going to bolt it on and voila…

Was thinking about tint…

now you need a front plate (possible chrome impala logo?) and tint. i did 15 or 18% on my cars and have enjoyed it immensely.

Looks good. I have tint, as dark as is legal. I am wanting some custom wheels. I have been looking. Not oversized, but different than the factory ones that are on the car.

Very slick. I like the exterior styling of the final generation model, though not so much how it's all but a Cadillac on the inside, and many even have a TV screen where the radio should be. Replacing the HID/LED headlights(if so equipped) with standard halogen will give it a more classic look, and also will be alot easier on everybody else's eyes.

As for the tint, I've heard it can help a bit in warmer climates, to keep the interior from being as much of a sauna, but aside from that possibility I don't see much practical benefit. Without tint you can see outside your own vehicle better, you can see inside easier as you approach it(much more of something to think about these days), and other drivers will be able to see a little bit through your car depending on situation, so if they wanna pass you or get around while you're stopped, there's that little extra bit of visibility so they have a bit better idea what's coming.
