Actually ima wait like an hour or so I got another full can of plasti dip ima put that on them once they dry just to be sure it’s more durable since the hubcaps will be getting rocks and other debris thrown up on them from driving

they turned out well. did you use a matte or gloss on these? do they have a gloss in plastidip (i'm assuming yes but have never looked into the product much).

personally i use a scotch bright pad and a rattle can of plastibond paint, seems to last about two years before it gets overly faded and chipped from rocks.

Plastidip has a "glossifier" that gives it a little gloss, but I just looked the other day and they now have these "Dipperl Topcoats" that are apparently VERY glossy (paint clearcoat-like gloss). Only problem is that they can't sell it in an aerosol can for some reason (regulations of some sort), so you have to by a can of it and use some sort off sprayer to spray it (but they have a cheap $6 sprayer thing that you can use to make it spray). Sounds interesting - I may have to try that some time...

I just used normal black plasti dip no glossifier

Honestly, not a fan of black rims on a blue car. Not enough contrast. That's just me. The quality of your work on the rims looks great though. If you're happy thats all that matters.
