Bitburger PilsMan You can buy an electric one at any auto parts store. However, I have never seen a Chevy mechanical type fail.

angie I think I love you.......

That said, an electric pump is the way to go.
Much better performance with it.

What does it run? Have you tested it down the track??

I have a 1964 Chevy Impala. The motor is a ZZ-3 Crate motor completely rebuilt,

blue printed, Dyno-tuned.? The original motor was a 283 small block V-8. My question is, the original fuel pump is of the mechanical type it's mounted on the side of the 283 motor. Now that I'm putting in the ZZ-3 crate motor, is there a electric fuel pump that I use or what!! Help!!!
