Car won't start

My car will crank but will not start. Service Engine Light is on. Service Traction Control System light is on.

The car used to run (obviously). About a year ago, I noticed my car would stutter for about half a second while driving then run normally. That only happened once in a while.

Just a few weeks ago, the car would crank for about 5-10 seconds before the engine turned over, followed by a gas smell. If I turned it off right away, then turn it back on, it would turn on without a hitch. Let the car set for a while, then it would crank for a while again before engine turns over. This happened all the time for the past few weeks. This is in Texas weather - hot Just a few days ago while I was driving at highway speeds, I went to push the accelerator pedal and got nothing. No RPMs, no power, nothing. I had to pull over. Tried to start but only started a few minutes then stalled. Now it won't turn over at all. I got it towed home.

I used starting fluid and the engine starts for a while then turns off. I get no fuel pressure, but can hear a whirring sound for a few seconds from where the fuel pump should be located when I put the ignition to the on position. I tested fuel pump relay and checked fuel pump fuse. Both are fine.

When I first noticed the hard start problem a few weeks ago I changed the O2 sensors, Map Sensor, cleaned the MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner, changed the spark plug wires (added dielectric grease) and changed the air filter. None of that had an effect to the hard start. I changed spark plugs a few months ago before the hard start problem began. I replaced throttle body with sensor half a year ago because the car was running funny, ran fine after the replacement.

I have these codes:
P0171 - System too lean bank 1.

P0a43 - Drive motor A position sensor circuit intermittent

P0522 - Engine oil pressure sensor/switch low

P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Low Input

P07e8 - Undetermined

I also noticed that while using my cheap Hypertough code reader that the TP% was at 32.5 with engine off and not touching the accelerator pedal. I thought that was weird.

Some Freeze Frame data:
FUELSYS1 N/A
FUELSYS2 N/A
LOAD_PCT(%) 0
MAP (inHG) 28.9
TP(%) 32.5

IM Readiness:
Catalyst Mon INC
EVAP System Mon INC
Oxygen Sensor Mon INC
Oxygen Sensor HTR INC
EGR System N/A

I have also recently replaced Rack and Pinion, both Front Shock and Strut assemblies, and both CV Axles, and the negative battery terminal end on harness.
I also Put in a touchscreen, bluetooth stereo and a basic alarm system few years ago.

Any Ideas?
If more information is needed, just ask.
Thank you.

Pump getting power but no fuel pressure. This has to be resolved first.

No or low fuel pressure, could be a fuel filter if your car has one or could be the fuel pump. If you hear it whining you are getting voltage at the pump, would check to see if you are actually getting any fuel pressure in the lines.

My 6 year constantly asks why. What adults can learn from 5 and 6 year olds, to listen with your ears and mind open. Hard to learn when you don't listen ......
