Question 69 Caprice brake mystery

Hi - we have a 69 Caprice with drum brakes all around. The right front brake gets extremely hot and pulls to the right - just going around the block! Have replaced the drum, wheel cylinder, shoes, springs and brake hose - and nothing solves the problem. Any ideas ? The wheel spins freely, but the drum on the right is 75 degrees hotter than the left.

My knowledge of these older systems is mostly from books altho I did have a 66 Caprice with 4-wheel drums, but barely touched them. (However I've done a few drum axles.)

From what I've read, I think on some of the older braking systems, the master cylinder had two outputs that are cross coupled to the four corners - one output supplies the RF and LR, while the other output supplies the LF and RR. So the other brake to compare the RF with is the LR (maybe).

My first thought was air in the line causing the shoes to drag. You replaced the wheel cylinder, so I assume you bled it. JIC, the bleeder was on the top side of the cylinder?
