ECU upgrade for increased cubic inches?

On a 1996 Impala SS ECU self learn thru the mass airflow learn a new fuel map when you increase just the cubic inches of your LT-1?

PCM (ECU) needs to be reprogrammed to handle the stroker motor to get the best out of it.
