Will it fit in my Garage?

Hello everyone. I am considering buying a 2018 Impala, but I'm concerned it won't fit in my garage. The opening is roughly 94 inches wide (less than 8 feet).

Does anyone own one with a garage this size? What is the car's width with the mirrors extended? Any feedback is appreciated!

Why not take one for a 24hr test drive and see if it will fit?
And it will give you good chance to see if thing else that will suit your fancy.

Garage
google tells me a 2018 impala measures at 201″ L x 73″ W x 59″ H. if mirrors are a concern, check that they can fold in but at the number i just posted, you should be good with the mirrors extended i'd imagine. i do like the take it for a test drive idea and tell the dealer you're seeing if it fits in your garage, it's a logical concept.

the real question however if the door opening is a concern is once in can you open your door/doors? lol

That's a pretty skinny garage !
Like Joe says, you may need to leave the drivers window down................
a la NASCAR

Some things are better left unsaid, which I generally realize right after I have said them.

Thanks all! It's just the garage door that's less than 8ft--there's enough room to open the doors inside the garage. I tried out a Traverse and there was no way that was going to fit unless I folded the mirrors. I'm hoping an Impala will fit since I'm looking for a larger family vehicle and I don't want to leave a brand new car in the driveway. I drive a Civic right now.

I'll ask about a 24hr test drive--I wasn't sure if they still do those.

Update: I test drove it and it did fit in the opening of the garage--there was maybe two inches between the opening and the mirrors.
