Headlight Bulbs- What life are you getting?

So I just burned out another bulb. Went back to see when I purchased these. They are Phillips VP series (claim 60% brighter than stock) and they have 2 more brightness from what I can tell. As you go up in brightness of course life of the bulb goes down.

So I got 1.5 years out of the low beam (with them on always in daytime running drive mode as well as of course night if the high beams are not in use instead of low beam...

Switch to LEDs, 20,000+ hours of operation. Brighter output.

So many questions on LED conversion.
Huge number of LED bulb replacements if you search H11 headlights. Ebay from China for cheap (Cree bulbs from various companies) with slow shipping to 4 or 5 times the most expensive bulbs listed on Rock Auto.

Any issues with mounting or doing the conversion? I also hate TOO bright of lights, as in they are not courteous for other drivers approaching if they are too intense of light. So any specific recommendations that you went with and are working?

Did read some of them last night. Discussions on needing new dust and rain covers and resisters possibly in a few of the threads.

These are what I used. I didn't have HIDs to start with I had halogen, so I needed the 9012 model, but from my understanding the h11 are also completely plug and play. Great beam pattern and light output as well.

Garage
I just ordered these from superbrightleds...

https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...umensset/5315/

So I have no idea what to expect for life, but since they were 10% off for Memorial Day, I ordered 2 sets, lows and fogs. Should be here Tuesday so I hope to install them soon after.

Edit - still running factory headlamps for now. I am eyeballing an aftermarket set with projectors though...

Several years ago I put a Morimoto HID kit in the wife's 2014 that came with halogen bulbs in HID capsules(sucked). The light is awesome, nearly as good as my 2015 Sports Sedan was with stock HID and better than my 2014 Tesla Model S.

Have to make sure the bulbs work right with the capsule pattern. Many years ago I put HID in a halogen capsule and it was a trainwreck.
