Service Vehicle soon light issue

Hi all, I am new here. I have a 04 impala LS and I'm having an issue with it. A few months ago my SERVICE VEHICLE SOON light came on and when it does, it kicks all the lights on like it is night time, it does this even during the day. I dont know if my BCM is bad or what. This is not a check engine light. Any help would be appreciated. I have checked and I do not have a headlight out, they are all new.

From the 2004 Chevrolet Impala owner's manual:

Service Vehicle Soon Message:

"This message will come on if you have engine problems.
These problems may not be obvious and may not
affect vehicle performance or durability. Consult a
qualified dealership for necessary repairs to maintain
top vehicle performance."

That does not help me much. I've done some googling and it could be any number of things. This started several months ago when I was driving, the service vehicle soon light would come on, and kick all the lights on, even during the day. I'd pull over and shut the car off and it would go away for a short while and then come back on within a few minutes. Back in January I let the car sit for a few weeks and started it up and it wasn't on. I was coming home from work and made a left hand turn and it suddenly came on. Would a faulty multi function switch, or hazard switch cause this???

Your starting point for diagnosis is to scan for trouble codes.
Autozone will scan it for free.

I didn't think auto zone's code reader could pick up that code. Its not a check engine light. I'll try but it may not pull up anything.

Okay, the C1226 is because my passenger side axle shaft seal needs replaced.

The P0463 is because my fuel gauge always reads full. That is because the stepper motor on that gauge needs replaced, I had the fuel level sending unit replaced shortly after getting the car, it did not fix the issue.

P0530: I dont know what could be wrong my AC works great even in this oklahoma heat,

P0748: Not sure why that is coming up.

P1811: Sometimes the transmission shifts weird, I have checked the fluid level and its normal.
