Where is RPO Sticker on Impala (2000-2005) 7th gen? Need paint code

I want to verify the paint color code for my 2003 Impala 7th gen. I looked in the trunk and found the tire pressure recommendations. There was nothing in the glove box. I also checked the sticker on the drivers door to find out the car weight in lbs and kg.

My car was rear-ended and had the trunk and rear bumper replaced at one point.

I am pretty confident that the 2003 Imps had their RPO stickers on the underside of the trunk lid, usually on the right side.

However, I know for a fact the 8th generation has theirs next to the spare tire well. Maybe they moved yours during the trunk replacement? Just a long shot, I know.

It's definitely not on the trunk, all I see is the sticker for the tire pressure. Hopefully someone else can weigh in on this and find the sticker on their car. If it's in someone's trunk then we'll know mine was removed during the repair. In fact they probably got a new trunk panel in my case. It was smashed beyond repair.

I called a friend and asked her to look at her 2003, and the RPO sticker was on the underside of the trunk, diagonally bottom right of the tire pressure sticker.

I found the same thing looking at pictures / videos of 2003 Impalas for sale.

It should be right there: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTnZB...utu.be&t=8m51s

Unfortunately it seems like yours was removed

Was your replacement trunk brand new, or used? If it was used, maybe the shop that did it removed the RPO sticker so as to prevent confusion for future owners, what with a different VIN on the sticker and all.

Maybe you can get a build sheet from a Chevy dealership?

Edit: If all you're wanting is the paint code, perhaps this will help? http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcod...Impala&rows=50

Thanks for the confirmation. Yes the Trunk was smashed up bad and I'm sure they had to get a new one, it's not like it could be bent back in place. So the RPO sticker must have been taken off.

Thanks!

Make sure you pull the carpeting back from the shock towers in the trunk and check for the sticker being on one of them. (Sorry if I missed reading that has been done already.)

If your socket set is all the same brand, you might be a city slicker.

I checked the left side of the trunk by pulling the carpet back, had already changed the struts so I knew what I was doing back there lol. I am yet to check the right side.
