Window Problem

The regulator arm keeps on popping out of the plastic peice that I have circled. I want to replace the plastic peice but I cant get it out of the place where it slides. The place where it slides are bent at the ends preventing it from sliding out. Hopefully someone knows what I am talking about, because I'm having trouble explaining it.

I took a pair of channel-lock pliers and spread open the end of track slightly, slid the old piece out, slid the new piece in, and gently closed the track back up. Probably not the dealer approved method, but it worked for me. I used the channel-locks pliers (may have been the 22" pair) or a c-clamp to pop the window piece into the plastic slider.
