Seat swaps

The driver seat in my Caprice is shot. Beyond shot. The seatback is twisted to the right, the padding is gone on the hinge and the bar digs into my butt when I'm sitting in it. This means I need some replacements. Anyone around central KY got some 9c1 seats or can point me in the direction of some bucket swaps? I have the 60/40 bench now, but I'm a console man, so I want buckets with a kicka** console between them. All the reading I've done points to any B body seat from 91 to 96 being a direct replacement, and Bonneville seats being one of the preferred upgrades, but I'm not sold on the Bonneville seats, and I would like to keep the factory power sliders working.

coooooOOOOOOUNT!!!

So install the Bonneville seats to your existing rails and keep them.....

Bolted to my factory rails and they work perfectly.

I believe you can use two passenger 6-way bonnies as buckets. Maybe 2 passenger Caprice seats if you want but the bonnies are more supportive.
I liked the 12-way Bonnies but mounting the controller in the console is custom. Did them in 2 cars.

9C1 seats would be a downgrade, they have no lumbar support because it was removed to make room for the utility belt.

Roadmaster seats are the best direct boltin, but are 60/40.

Not having lumbar is fine for me. I am law enforcement and am usually wearing a duty belt.

Current setup is 60/40....Couldn't pass them up for 60 bucks and it's a wagon. That said, the gap between them is too big. Will be swapping the 60 out for another pass seat once I find one.
