Leaky wagon

When ever we get a lot of rain, my drivers side floor get wet. My door seals seem OK. Has anyone else had this happen? Is there a common spot to look for leaks on these things?

my caprice did that, I found it to be the rain guard on the door, my fix was to clean the rubber guard and door seal. I used soapy water and a toothbrush, then waited for that to dry and cleaned them again using Meguiar's #40. I did all the seals.
