Axle swap 94 roadmaster sedan 96 C91

I have read some of the older posts but I'm looking for step by step instructions on what's needed to convert to the disc brake 91. Brake lines, reprogramming.....thank you...

The roadmaster and caprice have pretty much the same body styles, so I will send you a link to the SS Handbook http://www.missl.org/wayback/handboo...20Handbook.pdf

We can and will try or answer any and all questions you may have. Though a lot may be right in the handbook and some will tell you to go there anyway. Not because we don't know, but because it is most likely in there with Step by Step instructions and PICS.

Welcome to the forum! Post some PICS of that ride!

As far as programming goes, you wouldn't have to change programming unless you had a gear ratio change.

The buick has a slightly narrower rear axle. It shares this with the 9c1. I would find a whole rear axle from a 9c1 and use that.
