easiest and cheapest way may be a junk yard. probably get them for 5 bucks or free. or your local dealer could tell you the actual part number. between ebay and rockauto i couldn't find the info you requested.
It looks like there are suppose to be a total of three studs in which the plastic cover snaps into and I am missing the bottom left stud. Do you know if all 3 are the same size?
No, there are only two, I made the same mistake but if you look on the inside of the cover itself you will see there are only two holes... I'm really not sure why that third threaded hole ahead of the throttle body on the intake even exists but I went and looked at several Impalas at the junk yard and there is no third cover bolt. I realized this again, when I looked at the cover itself on the inside, there are only two holes...
my eyeball says they were the same size but i've been wrong before. i just put my cover back on before i sold mine this weekend but i can't remember if there were two or three studs. make sure when you're putting the oil filler neck back in that the neck seats all the way down in the motor (that o ring on mine was a pain sometimes. i replaced my o ring and it may have helped a little i think...
