Well watch a YouTube video on how to do it.

For practice do it in ur driveway. Trust me someday youíll use that skill in an emergency on the side of a highway. Everything u need is in the trunk. Give it a go.

Try to find a friend with a garage if possible. Heated preferrable

Itís a pain to get in, and the cold makes the harness in the car stuff and harder to remove.

Scroll back to the photos I posted on this thread.

I removed the top plastic cover (the piece by where the hood latches)

Then pulled driver side wheel off removed the protective cover in wheel well, and then removed the bolt that holds the top of the front outer piece on. On the driver side.

Itís very flexible so I just Lifted that up enough to sneak my hand in and get to the harness.

so how did it go? Did you install it?

I'm emailing the people that sell it but they are not releasing an installation guide.

I want this so bad but I can't do this without a literal step by step instruction guide

Halo lights on with DRLs

?? Really??

Dude go back and read thru this entire thread. When I installed mine I posted pictures of it completed.

And since you donít even know how to remove a tire on a car. I wouldnít recommend doing this on your own. Find a friend (ask around I assume you know people). That is good with cars. Give them $100 to help u put it in. Or simply stop at an auto shop. Theyíll have it done for u in less than an hr. Or drive out to me (I live in south east wi) give me $100 and Iíll do it for u.

Itís simple. The adaptor that comes in the mail has 6 plugs on it. 4 grey, 2 black.

-On the passenger side under the headlight housing is the first spot (photos above to show what they look like). Simply unplug the factory harness and inset the new harness plugs

-on driver side under that headlight housing is another spot and do the same as passenger side

- all the way forward by the bumper is where u connect the black harness. Itís so easy, they donít need to include directions. The harnesses match up perfectly (including color wise) with the ones u need.

Iíve never done this before. And I had it in within an hr.

Again, ask friends, or ask friends parents that would know how to work on cars. They would be the best helpful source for u.

Read this thread ENTIRELY from start to finish. I have pictures on troubled areas of doing this.

It isnít that hard to do just be prepare to put your hands in tight places! I did it without removing any tires just the top piece when you open hood.

U must have tiny hands lol.

I have a full auto shop of tools in the heated garage. Even have air impact gun too so for me it was easier to remove the tire and get up underneath to get to the bolt holding the top piece in. To each their own.

Alright I got this in the mail today. Popped the hood and I found the 2 grey ones under the headlights.

The only black plugs I could see were directly below the hood latch, I'm guessing those aren't it because they're right in the middle, and the harness has one end longer than the other end.

where are the black plugs?
