2013 Imp LED headlight recommendation?

Sup guys, its been a while. Wanting to switch out my standard lamps to LED, but don't really know much about brands/lumens and what not. If I just want to switch them out for a cool white, and not blind everyone on the road, what should I do? I'm currently reading about different ones but does the same LED serve for both low and bright? Sorry if a dumb question, lol.

Do you have projector or reflector housing? For reflector housings, DEAUTOLED is probably your best bet.
