take the wheels off and paint them yourself. Tkaes a little over an hour to do, and you can get caliper paint at most auto stores

High temp engine paint will also work, make sure you use brake cleaner first, then tape off everything you dont want red, brake lines, strut, rotors, etc. Then hit it with a little Bull Dog a paint adhesion promoter, then a couple coats of paint, pull the paper and tape and you should be good to go.

WTF?
Set of 4 Custom Painted Caliper Covers Only $259.00 plus $8.00 shipping

Set of 4 Carbon Fiber Covers Only $199.00 plus $8.00 shipping

Umm, FWIW, you can go buy NEW calipers, have them powder coated, and reassembled cheaper than that
