Im looking for suggestions for wheels and tires for a 1977 chevy Impala I'm restoring. Pics would be great. I'm painting it flat black. It is a four door

What size rims are you wanting to run? Are you wanting the original look or more fancy? Are you lifting the car or lowering it, or keeping it stock height?

I may go a little wider than stock. I'm planning on lowering the back end about two inches. I was thinking black Crager rims.

I always liked original Pontiac 5 spoke Rallye wheels on mine. I painted them black.

I ran 275-60-15's in the back, 255-60-15's on the front.

In this picture, which is crappy quality, I have those Pontiac Rallyes on in black:

I really like 16" wheels on these cars with lower profile tires (255-50-16) as far as handling goes, especially the 4-doors with the front and rear police anti-sway bars. (255-50-16)
