My best advice would be to put some clay or something on top of the tire and bounce the car stationary and see where it's touching. Post back, and we can address the problem when you know exactly where it's hitting.
chances are that your tires are too tall. for instance i know on the 00-05 models if you run 20's with a 255 tire you get the rub problem. run a 245 as i do, and its all gravy. post up your tire size and well check it out.
